Concept Submission

1. Fill in detail information about submission:
Provide comprehensive details and metadata about the submission to facilitate its management and categorization within the system. This step involves entering information such as submission title, description, authorship, version, and any other relevant attributes. By filling in detailed information, users ensure clarity and context for the submission, enabling effective organization and retrieval of submitted content.

2. Click to start creating submission, submission job will run on the background:
Initiate the process of creating a submission by clicking on the designated button. Upon activation, a submission job will commence in the background, executing the necessary tasks to compile, process, and validate the submission data. This asynchronous process allows users to continue their work within the system while the submission job progresses in the background, minimizing disruptions and optimizing user productivity.

3. Reload to refresh list on the table:
Refresh the display to update the list of submissions in the table view. This action ensures that users have access to the most current and accurate information regarding submitted content, reflecting any changes or updates in real-time. By reloading the table, users can stay informed about the status and progress of submissions, facilitating efficient tracking and management of submitted content within the system.

4. Download submission in OWL format:
Retrieve the submission data in the OWL (Web Ontology Language) format for offline access or external processing. This feature allows users to download the submission in a standardized ontology representation format, facilitating interoperability and compatibility with other ontology tools and platforms. By downloading submissions in OWL format, users can preserve and share ontological content across different environments, promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange.

5. Promote last submission to Body of Knowledge, with this concept than can be exposed to other concepts or projects:
Elevate the latest submission to the Body of Knowledge, making its concepts accessible to other concepts or projects within the system. This feature enables users to promote submitted content to a higher level of visibility and integration, fostering cross-domain knowledge sharing and collaboration. By promoting submissions to the Body of Knowledge, users can enrich the conceptual landscape and facilitate the dissemination of valuable insights and discoveries across the knowledge graph ecosystem.

6. Delete the submission:
Remove the submission from the system to manage data cleanliness and storage resources effectively. This feature allows users to delete submissions that are no longer needed or relevant, decluttering the submission repository and ensuring its integrity and efficiency. Exercise caution when deleting submissions, considering the potential impact on associated concepts and projects, and confirming the irrelevance or obsolescence of the submitted content before proceeding with deletion.
