To download imagery from Ramani Cloud, first log in to your RAMANI Cloud account. After logging in, select the Editor (make sure there is a database). Click the Edit Tab, and Select the sentinel 2 layer (True Color). After selecting your layer, pan or zoom-in to your AOI and click "Lock extent". This will enable the button "Download image".
For the "download image" button to be enabled, before locking extent, select the Image layer (Sentinel 2 layer True Color, for example) as favorite and then lock extent. (See Image below).
Make sure you select the Image layer before clicking on the "download image" button. After selecting the image layer it should look like this (see image below).
Once you click the download image option, a pop-up will appear (similar to the snapshot below). Fill in the parameters and click on download for the image to be downloaded.
